RESTAURANT / ACCOMMODATION

Place intervention, over 1000sqm of land, it had the advantage of accessing a main artery of Arad. The location of the building with a spacious retreat from the front street highlight the architectural object, also providing parking for customers and staff.

The construction is carried out linearly, with an elongated rectangular shape in plan. It consists of 2 buildings whose association is made through the main access that is easy recessed from the main front of caldirii. Both bodies unfolds on two levels, the top floor fully addressing the accommodation area. The independence of the two bodies is suggested so different volumetric and their texture. The composition of the main facade tectonic body, which houses the kitchen downstairs and upstairs accommodation diminish their "weight" by the dominant horizontal defining it as the second body. Withdrawal bottle closures of the main plane and handrail accentuate fine linearity construction.

The setting is, in a simple and minimalistic hotel but not eclipsing surrounding buildings integrates with finesse in urban areas, reporting also the need of the area.
