REMAT

This work is located in the town Frumuseni, jud. Arad, with direct access from the county road DJ 682, on a property of 34948.00 square meters (34.9 ha), designed to become the center for recyclable materials sorting and storage ( ferrous and nonferrous metals, plastics and paper). The ensemble consists of the following items:

- Administrative building consisting of office and field area
- Milking sorting and storing recyclable materials (ferrous and nonferrous metals, plastics and paper)
- Booth
- Milking sort D.E.E.E. (Waste Electrical, Electronic and Electrocasinice)
- Speakers sorting
- Tank fire
- Platform Truck Washing
- Concrete platform for storing materials, ferrous and non-ferrous
- LPG containers Amplsare
- Stock oxygen
- Fuel station premises

The location is the result of a whole objectives and strategies for achieving network efficiency, functionality and areas that have different characters interact sorting, storage and recycling.
Once the development plan for the land, objects for effective processing of materials are distributed according to their nature.

But office building is the main objective of this work. With a height of P + 2, the new building has a modern, integrating character is in the industrial area, with an image representative of the administrative function.

Volumetric concept is compact, suggested the intersection of two prisms. The apparent volumetric separation is different treatment on both plastic and chromatic thereof. They are organized around vertical circulation. Volume brown is the one who made the cut from right to access the console, giving it a cozy character delimited space from the rest of the building. Exterior finishes and colors chosen for the facades and materials appeal to specific elements of the program theme, following aluminum color or copper materials are stored, sorted and recycled in the assembly.

On the ground floor are distributed mainly technical areas, changing rooms and toilets serving employees on the platform and on the first floor 1 or 2 office space is divided into different functions, boardroom and secretarial. By casetarea aims at providing a rhythmic facade is interrupted or data gaps outlined in places. Inside, cutouts made holes in the facade provides true "natural paintings".
